C Gingerich of Kalona died at one this morning after a two week illness from a heart ailment. He was 83 and survived by his widow and six children Griff and Henry Gingerich of Los Angeles George of Texas A S of Elman Mrs Dan Yoder of Kalona and Andrew Yoder Kalona Funeral services will be held this afternoon at two at the Lower Deer Creek church.
Secretary of State Cordell Hull announced that 20 to 30 munitions makers who did not register under the munition act will be pursued by federal agents. Hull gave the attorney general the names for action while withholding the list.
