Tax League Plans Next Friday Meeting in Washington County

The Washington County Taxpayers League will hold next Friday at 7 30 p m at the city hall with a session aimed at reviewing the state committee report on reducing government costs and endorsing or disapproving proposed bills. A. J. Johnson will chair and the committee will report on several bills from a supplementary report while two measures No 58 and 59 on court procedure were disapproved. The federation proposal and county funds investigation will also be discussed by the executive committee on Tuesday evening.

Legion Members Have Oyster Stew at Crone's Shack
