Lutheran Women Begin New Study Session at Church
Lutheran Women met Tuesday night with Mrs Harry Munson presiding. Rev Einar Fetterman led devotions and outlined the Psalms study for the coming year. New officers installed include Mrs Cal Larson secretary Mrs William Siegrist treasurer and Mrs Wendell Guy education secretary. The Luther League will serve chili January 24 and missionary speaker Rev William Ross shared experiences in Pakistan and India. Refreshments were served by several members.

Jensen couple attend aunt's funeral in Illinois
Mr and Mrs William Jensen returned from attending the funeral of Mr Jensen's aged aunt Mrs Jorgen Christensen aged 99 of Oelwein who died Friday night. Services were held at Oelwein Monday afternoon and burial was in Cedar Park Cemetery in Chicago. Mrs Christensen would have been 100 this coming August.
