Dubuque Student Admits Murder In Dorm Fatality
A 24 year old Korean student Chun Keun Oh was killed in a Dubuque dorm by Duk San Choi who admitted using a razor to slit Oh's throat after a dispute over a check. Police said there was little struggle and Oh died at the scene. Chief Strube said charges of homicide would be filed after questioning Choi.
