UAW Man Found After Kidnap At Detroit Headquarters
William Thomas a 58 year old UAW maintenance man was abducted after helping locate a Christmas package bomb at the UAW headquarters. He was beaten tied with rope and dumped near Ford Motor plants in Dearborn then told police he was seized by two men in a car and awakened at about 5 a.m. He was found at 8 22 a.m. by River Rouge. He had reported with Frank Krajnicka a 38 year old coworker locating the package containing 39 sticks of dynamite in a stair well.
