A reception was tendered last evening to celebrate the marriage of Mr Arthur Fowler and his bride, with friends and relatives attending a gathering at the family home.
Friends of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Fowler gather at the First Baptist Church in Muscatine for a farewell reception. Speakers include Rev. Logue Rev. Stark Rev. Davidson Dr. Coxe and Col Bell among others praising Fowler’s pastorate and wishing him well in Washington and his next charge.
