Funeral services for Winifred Mayer of Keota will be held Friday at 2 p m in the Powell Funeral Home with Rev L Duane Churchman officiating. Burial will follow in Keota cemetery. Mayer died at 9 a m Wednesday in her Keota home after years of illness. A Keota resident since 1918 she was born April 5 1884 in Washington County to John C Mayer and Jane Corkuff Mayer. She was a member of the Methodist Church P E O Sisterhood Pythian Sisters and W R C. Survivors include several cousins.
