Car Truck Crash Near Ainsworth Injures Driver
M. W. Alsip of Washington escaped serious injury Thursday at 3 30 p m when his car collided with a loaded stock truck three miles east of Ainsworth. Russell K. Jones of Ainsworth drove the truck. Alsip swerved to avoid a second truck attempting to pass and struck the soft shoulder, spinning his car into the truck. The car suffered severe damage to the front seat and rear right side. the truck had only minor damage.

FRANKFURT Feb 20 UPI US army counterintelligence agents recovered thousands of dollars worth of jewelry described as souvenirs from the widow of a German count who helped mastermind the 1944 bomb plot against Hitler. Part of the loot valued at about 250000 dollars was found in the United States and is being returned to Nina von Stauffenberg, widow of Claus von Stauffenberg.
