On February 22 more than 50 Washington elementary band students attend the Southeast Iowa Bandmasters Association contest at Fort Madison Junior High. Two buses depart Washington Junior High at 6:50 a.m. and return about 3:30 p.m. They were originally scheduled for Sigourney last week.
