25 Year Prison Term For Sioux City Burglar
Don ald L. Carlson 26 of Minneapolis was sentenced to 25 years in the Iowa State Penitentiary after pleading guilty in Woodbury County District Court to robbery with aggravation. Carlson was nabbed during a Feb 11 abortive hold up of the Sunshine Supermarket in Sioux City. His accomplice Donald Jack Delaney 35 of Minneapolis was killed by police when he fired on officers. Carlson's assault while masked charge was dismissed and his wife Patricia 21 was released from the related robbery charge.
