Waterloo Boy of 15 Dies After Collision
Waterloo 15 year old Robert Williams died minutes after a delivery motorcycle collided head on with a car driven by Richard Reuter 4 also of Waterloo. Williams bicycle had no light. Williams companion Stanley Higgins 15 was thrown clear and bruised. Higgins had narrowly escaped death from a prior accident a year earlier and survived a double drowning on the Gedar river last May.
