Grace M. Dunphy 45 Des Moines was killed in an auto truck collision near Hampton Iowa while en route to a Minnesota funeral. Her son George 21 drove the car. Dick Hutzel 20 Iowa Falls drove the truck. he escaped injury. Dunphy a statistical clerk for the public health nursing association was bound for St Peter Minn to attend her former husband’s sister’s funeral. Authorities said ice on the hill caused the car to slide when brakes were applied.
