Washington detective Norval Hawkins testified Ford may be worth at least 1.5 billion dollars with about 400 million in cash. Columbus Junction Feb 3. Louisa county undertakes major road improvements this year with seven miles of new gravelling. Projects include Muscatine to Wapello gravel spread soon, and two miles west from Columbus Junction toward Washington to be graded and surfaced. Newport to Morning Sun and Letts road also to be gravel surfaced.
