Italian War Prisoners Return to Camp Clark from Crystal Lake
Prisoners from Italy were brought to Sioux City and housed at the armory after ice harvesting work on Crystal lake halted by high temperatures and brisk winds. They boarded a special train Monday night for Camp Clark Missouri, with work halted since last Tuesday as ice melted. A military police unit escorted them.
