A man believed to have died at least six months was found in a vacant house nine miles west of Clinton on Highway 30. The victim was identified as Fred C. Sessler, about 58, of Monroe by a clothing letter and a telephone call to Monroe’s mayor. Sessler was a former salesman of furniture and undertaking goods.
