Five boxes of 1949 Iowa motor vehicle license plates covering series 14-6701 to 14-6750 14-6851 to 14-6950 81-2951 to 81-3000 and 67-01 to 67-050 have apparently been lost in shipment to Monona Carroll and Sac counties. The plates are not to be used if found while an investigation proceeds.

Blaze in Hotel Takes Two Lives
