Ernest W. Badenoch 60 died at 6 30 this morning at his Mundelein home. He was a son in law of Mrs. and Mrs. Frank L. Wilson and survived by Ruth Badenoch, formerly Ruth Wilson, a son Ernest Junior of Libertyville and a daughter Mrs. John Dayton of Ohio. He worked with J enoch & Sons grain dealers in Chicago and a brother Faward is the last surviving member of the original firm. Last year he had major surgery and never fully recovered.
