Two district court cases were resolved this week. Wrath Brothers v Horak ended in out of court settlement. WR Palip h re v Erlenbush awarded $250 to the plaintiff for a one half hay crown interest on land during 1848 crop year. Levees on hay straw and wheat were upheld while levies on other property were dismissed.
