Donald Grimm, 32, Des Moines, was paroled from Fort Madison after a life term for the 1956 Norwalk bank robbery. His brother Nilly Grimm was released a week earlier. Both men served nearly 10 years for the $494 Norwalk Cumming State Bank heist. Grimm is the 12th of 21 lifers granted commuted sentences by former Gov. Hoegh.
