Des Moines Lieutenant Dies In Iowa Car Crash
Lt. Jack Woods, 25, of Des Moines, was killed in an early morning auto crash near Tama while returning to Camp Grant Illinois after visiting his parents and his 16 month old son Bruce Eldon. The car left the Highway 30 crossing and overturned in a ditch as Woods apparently lost control. Mrs Woods escaped unharmed.
