Washington Man Hurt In One Car Crash Near Washington
Nick Evanovich of Washington was listed in fair condition at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City after a single vehicle crash on Highway One about five miles north of Washington. The car crossed the center line, struck a bridge, flipped, and rolled into a creek, causing extensive damage. Deputy Sheriff John Combs reported the 3:49 a.m. incident and $6,500 in property damage.
