Washington reports that Soviet officials ordered 275000 metric tons of American 1976 crop wheat valued at about 34.6 million dollars. Volcanic tremors cluster as La Soufriere menaces Guadeloupe
La Soufriere on Guadeloupe rumbled with more than 46 tremors per hour as authorities warned refu gees returning to danger zones of peril.
