Two Captured After Robbery and Abduction

Erbe Urges Drivers to Give 10 Miles During Labor Day
Gov Norman A Erbe urged Iowa motorists to drive 10 miles an hour under the limit and keep headlights on during daylight to curb crashes for the Labor Day weekend.
