Iowa Man Dies in Gasoline Truck Fire
An Iowa transport truck carrying 3600 gallons of gasoline overturned in Omaha and caught fire, killing Bob Wohlenhaus of Villisca. Driver Emil Dixon of Creston escaped injury. Wohlenhaus, a Fisher Oil Co. employee, was a passenger and trapped in the cab. Fire units were summoned to the blaze.

Each day the next day’s booth duty will be listed in the State ad. Morning purchases may be made at the theater office. Stamps sold at Fox theater ticket office. Purchasers may have their names inscribed on a B 26 bomber if they request it. September is Salute to Our Heroes month and bonds bought on September 1 receive a theater ticket.
