Funeral services are set for Friday at St James Catholic Church with a rosary at Thursday Shermans funeral home. burial in Elm Grove cemetery. He was born January 2, 1874 in Washington and lived on the Eureka farm since marriage to Emma Meschke on November 15, 191?. Survivors include his wife two sons Louis Jr and George of Rock Island two daughters Mrs Jess Moore and Mrs George Kinney nine grandchildren one sister Mrs Rose Kuhn and several siblings deceased.
