Campus fashion breaks into casual smart for this season
Readers are told campus wear favors comfort and simplicity with a smart edge. A shirtwaist frock features a belt and pleated skirt while a single breasted celanese plaid jacket pairs with a blue skirt. The year’s college classic is a seam free jiffy jumper with center pleat darts and back zipper.
