Another provision covers expenses of not exalted rulers to the paid lodge Elks flag day. The order of Elks now extends from Skaguay and Juneau in Alaska to the Philippine Islands, Porto Rico and Honolulu, in fact, every state and territorial possession over which the flag flies.
