Washington board approves training standards and new penalties
The board approved a new set of training standards for Washington athletes after hearing from Athletic Director Tom English and coaches Dale Harter and Jim Rossen. Marr estate to fund Washington hospital and YMCA

Trustees consider selling blue chip stocks to fund the bequests, with cashing stocks versus bonds under review as market conditions shift.
