Washington visitors host camp meeting concert at Opera House
Mrs Tommie McCall and daughter Emma of Washington are visiting relatives in the city. Rev Washington a colored minister led a camp meeting concert at the Opera House but attendance was sparse and he lamented low proceeds. Jim Kletcher was fined five dollars in Justice Riley's court for bruising Will Martin at Crooked Creek.
