Two Men Arrested By City Police In Washington
Washington police arrested William A Leasure 19 on a bench warrant issued 10 months earlier by Judge Ira F. Morrison for possible revocation of a suspended sentence on a controlled substance conviction. Leasure was held in the county jail pending a court appearance.
