William H Hershey Detwiler died this morning at his Wellman home after years of illness. Born September 25, 1877 in Cherry Box Missouri, he was a retired farmer and longtime Johnson County resident who moved to Wellman three years ago. He married Barbara Ann Dettwiler in 1902 and after her 1928 death remarried Barbara Reber in 1933. He leaves six children, two grandchildren, and funeral services are planned at Timber Church with Lower Deer Creek cemetery burial. Powell Funeral Home in charge.
