Six Are Injured In Auto Truck Crash At Ainsworth
Six persons were hurt in a two vehicle crash at the southeast corner of the Ainsworth cemetery Thursday at 6 15 pm. Drivers Clivener Shaffer and Frank Wood failed to stop as they approached the intersection. Children on the wood truck suffered injuries including Joan Wood 18 with a scalp wound. Nancy Wood seven Mike Wood 37 percent and Sandra Van Eventer eight sustained cuts and bruises. Shaffer also cut and Melvin Jinspering had a hand cut. Vehicle damage was 350 to Shaffer car and 200 to the truck. The Wood truck driver reportedly had no license.
