Pittsburg Aug 3 The funeral of Mrs Annie FE Lynch who died Friday from elephantiasis and weighed over 500 pounds was remarkable. The casket weighed 350 pounds plus iron and body for a total of 1200 pounds. Twelve men took three hours to place the body in the casket and twenty six men lowered it. Fifteen pallbearers carried the casket through a large window to the cemetery in a wagon as no hearse could accommodate it. A crowd of more than 5000 attended.
