Washington April 28 Three national farm groups representing about three million farmers will convene in October to draft a farm relief program for Congress. Chester Grey of the American Farm Bureau Federation and Frederic Brenckman of the National Grange announced after a White House call. The Farmers Union will also attend. no specific legislation yet. aim is concerted effort to push remedial measures next session. They urged the president to reappoint W S Hill to the United States Shipping Board as his term ends in June.
