Yoder Fined In District Court For Resisting Officer
Merle Yoder of Wellman appeared before Judge J. G. Patterson in district court and pleaded guilty to resisting an officer. He received a suspended six month sentence and a $100 fine. A divorce decree was granted. In Kelley vs Kelly the plaintiff won with custody of two minor children and $30 monthly support. Mrs Lydia McCall Gilkey a former resident died at the home of her son in Greenville Pa at age eighty four. She had pneumonia since January and had not left the hospital.
