Tulips Bloom Early in Pella Ahead of Festival
Tulips are in bloom in Pella ahead of the annual Tulip Festival set for May 11 to 13. More than 500 900 tulips are planted in the Dutch-oriented Iowa city, with cool weather likely delaying peak bloom until the festival.
