Two Milwaukee Trains Discontinue Service
The Milwaukee railroad has been granted permission to discontinue trains 8 and 8 passing through Washington. Train 8 westbound runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9:38. eastbound at 4:55 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons. The discontinuance takes effect May 5, 1951 following a 1950 hearing and a 1951 ruling at Ottumwa.
