In Butte Montana April 15 Beley daughter of a Walkerville merchant escorted home from a dance by Charles Edmonston a married man. Jealous suitor Fred Lohman waited outside. Beley stabbed Lohman in the neck with a knife after warning him to leave. Lohman fought Edmonston with a lead pipe as Beley aided Edmonston and then took Lohman to Emergency hospital. Edmonston jailed. Beley remains at home.
