Bedford Ind April 15 Mrs Maude T Peyton filed suit for damages totaling 10000 against the Southern Indiana Railway in the Davis county circuit court. Her husband George J Peyton an engineer on the Evansville and Indianapolis railroad was killed at Elnora last August in a collision involving both lines. The Southern Indiana uses Evansville and Indianapolis tracks as part of its Y and the Evansville and Indianapolis train was late when the crash occurred badly wrecking both trains.
