Washington County Conciliators to Hear Debtor Claims Next Week
The Washington county farm debt conciliators appointed by Gov announce a public meeting next Wednesday April 18 at 2 p m in the county courthouse to hear debtors and creditors. The five member committee led by Will Griffin will not interview members individually and emphasizes that full committee consent is needed for settlements. Additional meetings will follow with advance public notice from secretary Rabenold. The conciliators aim to resolve disputes and may continue until all cases are disposed of unless the governor disbands them.
