Christian interdenominational Easter week services opened last night at the church with Protestant participation led by Dr. F. W. Eastwood Rev. Chalmers Fulton and others. Attendance expected to grow nightly as sermons focus on Christ's attitude toward the church and the temple. Miss Frances Fagan of Vinton visited with Miss Alyce Fishburn.

F B Richardson 66, widower and Keota resident, shot himself with a 16 gauge shotgun yesterday afternoon. A coroner ruled death by self destruction after discovering two letters and a box of supplies Richardson had prepared for a neighbor. He had lived in Keota about twenty years, worked as a carpenter, built homes, and left a valued estate of about 4000 dollars.

Benjamin Harrison Wilson aged 74 died at 7 45 p m at his daughter Mrs Wise Lone’s home where he had lived for eleven years after a long illness begun last December. Born January 1 1854 in Richmond county he was son of William and Sarah Wilson and married Florence Frazier in 1883. He lived in Galesburg for over twenty years before moving to the area and was a Baptist since boyhood with survivors including four children.
