Board Plans Jail Election Estimate of Cost is Received

Farm Home Lost in Fire Near Ainsworth
The farm residence of Mrs. Carrie Rabenold, occupied by the Orville Spencer family, was completely burned near Ainsworth at about 10 am. The Spencers saved most downstairs goods. upstairs furniture was destroyed. The seven to eight room house lay east of town half a mile. Washington County Farmers Mutual truck, driven by Johan Custer, fought the blaze but could not stop total loss. insurance covered the building.

Mrs Dorian of Wellman announces the Organization of Washington County for Education on Cancer Control.
