Kalamazoo Michigan April 2 The suit of Charles F Ruggles against Edward Buckley and others all of Manistee involving lumber interests from four to five million dollars will be settled out of court after ten years of litigation. Ruggles sought an accounting claiming a co partnership while defendants argued a joint venture. The US circuit court of appeals in Cincinnati affirmed a lower ruling ordering an accounting and a receiver for the Manistee and Southeastern railroad. Settlement basis not made public.
