State Supreme Court rules against suit after wage compensation claim

In Columbus the Supreme Court holds an injured workman who applied for state insurance compensation may not sue the employer for damages. The ruling involves Walter W. Survivors of German cruiser Blecher land at Leith

Fifty survivors of the German armored cruiser Bleacher were landed at Leith near Edinburgh after being picked up in the North Sea following an engagement with British warships. The Bleacher was sunk on Sunday by British forces.
