Improved Mail Service on Twilight Limited Route
The Ashland and St. Paul Railroad post office introduced a mail messenger service on the Twilight Limited to connect Washburn with Omaha and all points along the line via closed pouches. Local mail from all line points will be taken on the incoming Twilight at 10 18 p m. Bids are invited for three weekly trips between Washburn and Engene with Washburn Post Office receiving proposals.
