John Charron died Tuesday at his home from consumption and Brights disease at age 47. He leaves a wife and had lived in the city about fourteen years. Formerly proprietor of the Hulbert House he made it popular. Burial from the Catholic church is planned for tomorrow morning. he belonged to the Catholic Order of Foresters and the Red Men.

Fire Destroys Gasoline Boat at the Docks
A gasoline boat owned by Anton Hustland burned at six thirty last Thursday evening while tied in a slip at the docks. Ingvald Bronsmo, trying to operate the engines, suffered severe burns as a leak from a pipe near the engine fed the flames. Five gallons of gasoline were in the tank and leaked out due to an open valve, but no explosion occurred.
