Pomona Grange Installs Officers At Eagle Lake Meeting

Kosciusko county Pomona Grange held its regular meeting at Eagle Lake with strong attendance. One candidate was initiated into the fifth degree, followed by the Pomona feast. Afternoon sessions included officer installation and discussion of order matters. Next meeting set for Oswego on the last Thursday in February. program to be printed next week. Obituary of John Cripe Near North Webster

John Cripe died at his home near North Webster on Sunday January 26 from consumption at 33 years, five months, and 26 days. He was the son of Noah and Lydia Cripe. In 1890 he married Clara Kizer. Survived by his wife, father, step mother, four sisters, and one brother. He joined the German Baptist church last October and remained faithful. Funeral at the German Baptist church near North Webster conducted by Revs. Daniel Rothenberger and Brumbaugh. interment in the North Webster cemetery. Dard or Phanke. Mrs Jenn Carie thanks neighbors for aid during his long illness and death.

Warsaw Democrats Meet to Pick Chairman and Elect Precinct Committeemen

The Democratic central committee of Kosciusko County will meet at Firemen's Hall Warsaw on Thursday February 20 at 1 pm to choose a chairman and handle business. Townships未selected precinct committeemen are urged to act promptly for full attendance. January 21 1902 Geo R Capen Chairman Unfor Election of Committeemen Echo. Democrats of Warsaw wards and precincts urged to meet at Fireman's Hall Friday February 14 at 7 pm to elect precinct committeemen for the next two years.

Farmers Day at Winona Preparations and Speakers

A Winona park farmers day committee led by J W Hover plans for next summer. Dr H C Dickey is invited to meet February 20 at the courthouse with Kosciusko County corn growers. Dickey aims to recruit Secretary Wilson of Agriculture for a speaker in Washington before the event.
