The government ends its conspiracy case against Harry F. Sinclair, lessee of Teapot Dome, with two evidentiary rulings pending for Monday. Prosecutor Owen J. Wagner owner of a barber shop near the Revere House and Pennsylvania rail station for 20 years died Friday at 9 30 at his home 914 Fourth Avenue He was 40 years old Survived by widow Mertie Welsh Wagner a daughter Margaret his mother Crescentia Wagner of Warren a brother Henry of Warren and three sisters Mrs Norman Buser Warren Mrs S B Carbury Los Angeles and Mrs Perry Fields Columbus Ohio Born July 27 1887 in Warren his death followed a brief illness Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at a time to be announced Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery
Pittsburgh Coal Company physicians vaccinate workers in coal camps as precaution against a smallpox outbreak. Four cases are tied to Montour No. 10 mine at Liberty, with a prior Liberty case released from quarantine. Two non employee cases near Banning No. 2 Mine on the Youghiogheny river are not connected to company property or workers.
Five Ohoans were hospitalized in Buffalo after an auto crash last night near Pinehurst. Injured were John Shanks and his wife Cora Mia Wyatt, eight year old Hazel Wyant, and other family members from Sylvania.

In Milan an explosion hidden in a lamppost base at Piazza Giulio Cesare killed 16 and left 40 wounded, including four women and three children. Authorities launched a nationwide hunt for plotters as public loyalty to the king is reaffirmed.
Trout season opens April 15 but falls on a Sunday this year. Because fishing on Sundays is illegal, about 60 Warren county fishermen must wait until Monday to cast. Over 1100 fishing licenses have been issued since January. Streams to try include Tionesta Creek, Wildcat Creek, Farnsworth Creek, Four Mile Run, Six Mile Run, Upper Sheriff, Lower Sheriff and Brown's Run. The brook trout season ends July 1.

W L McClure Third Ward borough councilman plans resignation as he relocates from Warren to the Warren Jamestown road near the Country Club. He expects to be in the new home by mid June, triggering the ward residency requirement and a council selected successor. McClure, a Republican, has served about one eighth of a four year term begun January. He lives at 412 Hickory Street and works in bonds.
Charles Bullen fifty a clay mine owner at Crooksville near New Lexington was killed when a dynamite charge exploded while he was stamping a hole. The accident occurred yesterday and involved the blasting operation in the Crooksville area.
Athens Greece April 13 The French aviators Dieudlone Coates and Joseph Le Brix arrived at 6 85 p m today from Aleppo Syria en route to Rome and Paris after completing a flight around the world The two fliers were en route to continue on to Paris and Rome adding to the world flight record pursuit with a fresh stop in Athens
Acting U S Attorney said a grand jury would be asked to indict Sheriff Thomas W Cunningham of Philadelphia County Pennsylvania for contempt of the senate. The sheriff refused to disclose sources of funds for a $50 000 contribution to William Ware's senatorial campaign to the Reed investigating committee.
One boy was advanced to first class and a second to second class at the Thursday meeting. Agner Olson of Troop 36 became a first class scout. Second class scouts were Harry Grove of Troop 6 Richard Arthur of Troop 14 Harry Reorback of Troop 36 Myron Clark of Troop 8 Robert Wade of Troop 24 Lawrence Briggs of Troop 14.
Los Angeles April 13 William Mulholland veteran construction engineer bore official responsibility for the St Francis dam disaster. The coroner's jury found he exercised bad judgment in construction though no criminal prosecution was recommended. Mulholland chief engineer for the Los Angeles water and supply department.
Lieutenant Albert Edson and Sergeant Paul Rouillard escaped serious injuries after a National Guard plane crashed while attempting to land at the Harwichport Golf Links in Harwichport Massachusetts on April 13. No other details were available.
Reports from Brockton Massachusetts Kingsport Nova Scotia and Nahant Massachusetts describe sightings of a high flying airplane believed to be the Bremen or a German plane. Weather along the New England coast was favorable as Mitchell Field prepared to welcome the Bremen with a protection plan and dignitaries aboard the Junkers plane.
In Pittsburgh on April 15, a federal judge ruled the Ku Klux Klan cannot collect damages or obtain an injunction against five rebel members. The court found the Klan came to court with filthy hands and declared the organization an unlawful institution, noting it undermines fundamental government principles.
The Campaign Log reports Governor Alfred E. Smith of New York en route to Asheville North Carolina for a vacation while wearing the brown derby long associated with his campaigns. Secretary Jardine backs Hoover for the Republican nomination praising aid to agriculture.
