Groundbreaking ceremony planned at Kinzua Dam site
Plans laid for the Kinzua Dam ground breaking this Saturday with an 18 car 1400 passenger train from Oil City. Tickets are 5 dollars for adults 3 dollars for students. The event will feature The Hon Wilbur M Brucker and other dignitaries with a 230 pm ceremony and gold plated shovel. Local officials and media outlets will cover the history making occasion. A separate note reports FBI police firing school for Warren Borough officers and a Warren High School junior class taking the Junior Year College Board exam at the high school.
