Warren Schools Receive 8000 From Beaty Estate
Warren school board reported an added 8000 from the Dr Beaty estate bringing the total to 34131 83 they have not decided its use and consult friends of the late donor. The board updated retiree teaching rules to permit substitutes up to fifty days and consecutive days. They endorsed amendment 1A to boost retired public employee income and urged support for House Bills 583 and 584 proposing a 400 across the board salary raise for teachers. Receipts included milk 94 lunch 619 and expenditures general bills 42447 services 1683 cafeteria 5377 supplies 921 substitutes 776 special services 79 overtime 70.
